Participate your way

No appointments, medical paperwork, or intake interviews. Check the weekly timetable and step inside whenever the room is open.

Grab a cup of coffee or tea, find an open chair in the circle, and settle in at your own pace.

Speak when you feel moved to speak, or sit quietly and listen. Presence alone is valued here without any expectation to perform.
